Cancellation Policy

Booking a piercing allows you 20 minutes of time to discuss, select jewellery and pierce. If you wish to have more than one piercing please book 2 slots to allow enough time. Booking deposits secure your timeslot and are returnable up to 24 hours before your piercing appointment. Rescheduling can be done up to 24 hours prior to piercing appointment.
